We are within walking distance of Cliff Bungalow, Elbow Park, Rideau Park, Upper and Lower Mount Royal. There is plenty of free (2hour) parking nearby (on the South Side of 23rd ave and on the West side of 2nd St). Please look for landmarks such as Mercato, BMO and The Holy Cross Hospital.
Angie (Ang)Farnham RMT, BEd
Graduated from the Calgary College of Holistic Massage with honours and specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, massage for injuries, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage and massage for children. Angie’s own active participation in various sports and athletics makes her well aware of the muscular system and the importance of massage/stretching techniques for healing, injury prevention and enhanced performance. Ang is truly inspired by the way the human body moves, recovers, injures, stretches and grows. She strongly feels that massage therapy heals the body in a wholistic way and she continues to study and learn new techniques to help promote such healing.
You will not receive a "cookie cutter" massage at Love 2 Heal.
